This is a very special camper indeed and the chances of ever finding a early British Devon in this condition are almost impossible making it a very solid and safe investment. This camper has only 3 owners from new and only covered a staggering 30437 miles from new! The original owners was Bob Sexton who owned Sexton Brothers, a VW dealership, he bought the camper new and it sat in there showroom on display for many years, one of the reasons for the low mileage. It was then sold on and later to a family who owned have owned it for a the last 10 years. Over its life it has won multiple awards, been on display at lots of shows and also the magazines. The interior is 100% original, the perfect Devon interior that has lasted the test of time! The original seat covers in the rear have been covered in the green zipper cover to keep them new, this is shown in one of the images. The exterior was repainted over 10 years ago and is in very good shape, it does have some signs of wear but that is only to be expected and add's to the authenticity. There are some very nice and original feathers such as the Devon badges and the sun visor cover. The units are in great shape and really show of the British carpentry. The camper is equipped with bunk beds, original cooker, sink and water pump, cool box unit and many other early vw campers. This really is a great British camper.
